The American Hereford Association has more than 7,500 active adult and junior members. The American Hereford Association is a not-for-profit organization. Along with its subsidiaries, Certified Hereford Beef (CHB) LLC, Hereford Publications Inc. (HPI), and the American Beef Records Association (ABRA), the American Hereford Association provides programs and services for its members and their customers, while promoting the Hereford breed and supporting education, youth and research.

Editorial/Production Artist

 The American Hereford Association (AHA) is seeking candidates for a full-time production artist position in its Kansas City, Mo., office. Hereford Publications Inc. (HPI) publishes the Hereford World, sale catalogs, directories and a variety of small publications. This position will handle routine production duties of the Hereford World and various printed pieces produced by HPI’s design team, Creative Services (CS). This position reports to the production manager and Hereford World/Baldy Advantage executive editor.

Certified Hereford Beef President & CEO

 Certified Hereford Beef LLC (CHB) is solely owned by the American Hereford Association (AHA), a not-for-profit, and strives to increase demand for Hereford cattle by promoting Hereford beef as a premium beef product under the Certified Hereford Beef trademark. The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership insight and will closely coordinate and work with the American Hereford Association and Certified Hereford Beef® board of directors, and AHA and CHB staff. 

Territory 5 Field Representative

American Hereford Association field representatives are integral to the connection of the membership to the AHA. This person will serve as the primary contact for many members, particularly in Territory 5, which spans Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
