HYFA Golf Tournament
HYFA will host its fourth annual golf tournament with all proceeds to benefit the foundation. Hosted in conjunction with the JNHE, the event will kick off at 8:30 a.m. July 17 at the Falcon Lakes Golf Club, Basehor, Kan.
- AHA/NJHA/HYFA Club Members Individual — $100
- Non-Member Individual — $125
- AHA/NJHA/HYFA Club Members Team — $400
- Non-Members Team — $500
- Hole Sponsorship — $500
- Hole Sponsorship with a Team — $750
- Front Nine Beverage Cart Sponsor — $1,500
- Back Nine Beverage Cart Sponsor — $1,500
- Cart Sponsor — $1,500
- Meal Sponsor — $1,500
- Goodie Bag Sponsor — $1,500
- Tournament Sponsor — $2,500
